Restaurant of Caguamas (a 32oz beer and also the name in spanish for a Loggerhead Sea Turtle) and aguachiles (Mexican dish made of shrimp) it´s a space where you can enjoy a frozen caguama and a delicious variety of spicy aguachiles, at the same time it is a project that promotes the conservation of species of sea turtles in Mexico through responsible consumption $ 5 pesos are donated to the Tortugueros fields for each purchase of a caguama. It is called 1000 caguamas because only 1 out of every 1000 turtles come to live to adulthood, at the same time it seeks to raise awareness to conserve the species through these actions.
